The relationship between you and Client Monster LLC, is refered to as "contract for hire" work. This means that your contract can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or Client Monster LLC,. No representative of Client Monster LLC, has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing "contract for hire" relationship.
I understand that I am not allowed to compete with Client Monster, LLC and/or finacially gain or benefit from dealings with clients or contacts provided to me by Client Monster LLC, unless provided a written statement to do so. I also understand that I am not to release information to other individuals and/or organizations about the dealings, business, or any other sensitive information about Client Monster LLC, and its clients or contacts. I understand by violating this agreed statement I am liable to recieve legal action from Client Monster LLC.
